Further Photos from Epstein Estate Released by Democratic US Congress Members
Site blueprints for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Additionally contained in this latest photograph disclosure is shown to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Epstein purchased a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence reveal he had created ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an underwater office and a pool.
Visible on the blueprint is a local waterway, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in notations in red and includes a key detailing various sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, featuring designs for boat shelters.
